We manufacture textile materials for the furniture industry – needlepunched felts and furniture waddings of 100% regenerated fibres or their blends with polyester, with various weights and mass-per-unit volumes; needlepunched felts impregnated with latex binders for much better firmness and strength. These products are used in the production of mattresses, upholstered furniture and for other applications. They were developed in close collaboration with Bulgaria’s leading manufacturers of mattresses and upholstered furniture. We constantly work on their improvement taking into consideration our customers’ opinions and wishes.
POLYVELT
Application:
- Placed to prevent friction between two metal surfaces (for example: used for rolling industrial doors, sectional metal doors, etc.)
- For a base on which material for the furniture industry is cut
- In the furniture industry, as a separating layer on sofas and other types of furniture

FIRM

Application:
They are laid as a separation layer over the spring mechanisms to stabilize the structure and evenly distribute the load along the entire area of the mattress or upholstered furniture.
